A website care plan is a collection of services that together look after your website each month. These services include tasks such as security, performance optimization, and content updates.

Your website is like a home. We can do a lot to stop hackers getting in, to detect if they have gotten in and to recover your site if they have gotten in. But, as with home security, there is no foolproof, perfect security system.

That said, higher-level plans have better security.

No. We only look after WordPress websites.

Yes. We partner with Australian hosting providers we know and trust. The cost of hosting is included in your monthly care plan.

We will not maintain websites hosted by other companies.

No. You cancel at any time with 1 month’s notice.

No. SEO or Search Engine Optimisation is a separate service we offer. It is not included in monthly maintenance plans.

If your website breaks because of any work we have done, we fix it as part of your monthly care plan. If it breaks because of something you or one of your team is done, we restore it to a version before that mistake happened.

If we built your website within the last 12 months, contact us and we can start straight away.

If someone else built your website or if it was built more than 12 months ago, contact us to arrange a free website assessment.

If we built your website within the last 12 months, you don’t.

If someone else built your website or if it was built more than 12 months ago, you do. Why? Because we need to make sure that it is in a state that allows me to look after it well.

If it isn’t, we provide you with a list of recommendations to be completed before we agree to look after it each month. The cost of implementing these recommendations is not included in your monthly care plan pricing.

When we send you your first invoice, you must set up automatic monthly payments using a credit card. Instructions come with the invoice.
